Well prepared for traveling with your dog
Good preparation is half the job. With this in mind, we try to ensure that you will not be short of anything with our wide range of motorhome models. Dogs are Allowed in type Compact transverse bed and type Comfort single bedsprovided that Camperhuren.nl has given prior written permission for this. So always indicate in advance that you want to go out with your dog. 10 days before departure we will send an email containing all important information about renting the camper. Among other things, the pick-up and drop-off time. Due to a tight schedule, we kindly ask our customers to stick to the schedule. This gives us enough time to discuss the latest matters together.
General regulations camper trip with dog
If you are ahead of it motorhome rental in the Netherlands it is not mandatory to provide a seat belt or bench. Keep in mind that when renting a motorhome with a dog is endangered in traffic, the owner can be held liable. You can easily look for a seat belt for a dog at the pet store. This consists of a harness with a belt that you can click into the existing buckle of the car seat belt. Despite the harness, the dog will still have enough room to move around easily. It is also important to take into account the rules within the European Union.
