We notice from our experience that availability and prices vary considerably per month and type of camper.
Availability per period
- June: Campers for two people, especially couples, fill up quickly. Those planning to leave in June should book early to be sure.
- Mid summer holiday (July/August): All campers are very popular during this period. This is also the most expensive time to rent a camper.
- Early and late season (May & September): more choice, quieter campsites and often cheaper.

We often see that renters who wait have almost no chance of getting their favorite campervan. Families with school-age children, in particular, are tied to the summer holidays, meaning all 4- and 5-berth campervans fill up quickly.
