Nature Brittany

So it is really worth the effort Côte de Granit Rose to visit. As the name suggests, it is a pink-colored coastal town. Hardened magma that solidified centuries ago created beautiful rocks with a special color.

The town is located south of the Côte de Granit Rose Carnac. Many prehistoric monuments can be viewed in Carnac. An example are the Carnac menhirs. These are estimated to have been placed in prehistoric times and are still there to this day. The impressive stones can be admired up close during certain times of the year, namely from October to March. In the other seasons they can be admired from a distance.

Another must is the island Ile de Bréhat, also called flower island. You can just leave the camper on the mainland for a while. There are few or no motorized vehicles to be found on this island; everything can be reached on foot or by bike. Culture Brittany
