Can I come and see the campers?
Our location is open from Tuesday to Saturday between 10.00am and 17.00pm. There is plenty of space on our outdoor area and in the hall to keep 1,5 meters away. You can quietly walk past all the campers. On our website you will also find extensive information and photos of all campers.
Which hygiene measures do you adhere to?
Safety and hygiene are always major concerns Camperhuren.nl. Due to the Corona virus, we have tightened up our hygiene measures. All our campers are cleaned with a professional steam cleaner. We disinfect the surfaces of the motorhomes after each visit. We also ensure that the contact surfaces are regularly cleaned indoors. We keep an appropriate distance when collecting and returning the camper. Because you can watch the instructional video online in advance, we limit contact on departure as much as possible.
Can I rent a motorhome without any worries?
To date, there has been no obstacle to going on holiday with a motorhome. In fact; in these times a camper is the ideal means for a safe holiday! Your own house on wheels, complete with kitchen, shower and toilet. You can change your holiday plans and route at any time. This way you can decide at the last minute whether you are going on holiday in your own country or whether you opt for an adventure outside our national borders. How can I travel safely during the Corona period?
If you are traveling, follow the news reports and the guidelines of the RIVM and the local authorities. Make sure you are well informed and can act on time when necessary. You have your own kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with you. Remember that you always have a well-stocked refrigerator, water tank, gas bottles and battery, so that you can decide for yourself where and when you stop. The advantage of the camper is that you are self-sufficient and can always adjust your trip.
Can I rent the camper if the (sanitary) facilities of the campsite are closed?
Yes! With a camper van Camperhuren.nl you are not dependent on (sanitary) facilities. You have your own shower, toilet and kitchen on board. Since Corona, it has become apparent that campsite owners have been very creative with offering (alternative) facilities. Waste water points and clean water taps were always accessible. Food and drink was also offered in a fun and hospitable way at most campsites. In the Netherlands, but also in the rest of Europe, there are many motorhome pitches where you can discharge dirty water, fill up with clean water and empty the toilet cassette.
I have made vacation plans and want to change them due to measures on the planned route. What can I do?

If we are forced to (temporarily) stop the rental due to Dutch government measures, we will offer a suitable arrangement, such as a suspension of the reservation or a voucher.
